Served with very close crew. Our Capt. Whitlock worked us to death in winning our squadron's Excellence awards from Ops, Gunnery, Engineering, in fact every facet of duty. Loved my time aboard her. I was E-6 and still not of age to drink. Our Ops Division was very, very close and went from nothing to a very smooth operating machine. Very diciplined, and professional.
